After she graduated from the professional program at UCMT, she enrolled in the Sports Career Track program at UCMT. It was in this program she learned a variety of modalities to advance her knowledge and awareness in such classes as Injury Massage, Training Massage, and Partial Massage. In addition Kristen obtained certification in Russian Sport Massage and in Pre and Post Event Massage. She has been able to apply this knowledge through volunteer work with the Olympic Speed Skating team, NCAA Track and Field National championship at Weber State and various other volunteer opportunities Kristen has personally experienced the relief that therapeutic massage can have on one’s body due to an injury.
