MICRODERM ABRASION TREATMENT
You've searched high and low for a way to remove the small flaws found on your skin that keep you from looking vibrant. Whether you're experiencing the early signs of aging or have developed stretch marks from pregnancy or weight gain then microderm abrasion might be right for you. Microderm abrasion is a revolutionary way to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and even stretch marks that may be marring your skin. Microderm Abrasion helps reveal newer, fresher, younger looking skin in just one treatment! Used consistently as directed, Microderm Abrasion helps reduce the appearance of lines, wrinkles and skin discolorations. Non-invasive and non-wounding to the skin's surface, the procedure entails virtually no discomfort, down time or recovery. The esthetician uses a device like a fine sandblaster to spray tiny crystals across the face, mixing gentle abrasion with suction to remove the dead , outer layer of skin. As with other skin rejuvenation techniques, more than one treatment may be needed to reduce or remove fine wrinkles and unwanted pigmentation. Clients typically experience some redness for about an hour after the procedure.
Microderm abrasion uses tiny aluminum oxide crystals to gently exfoliate the skin and improve it's appearance. The process isn't something that is extremely time consuming and can take as little as thirty minutes. You will need to have as few as eight visits to complete the treatment which has been show effective at reducing fine lines, wrinkles, mild acne scarring and even stretch marks. This stimulates the production and growth of new living cells at the base level of the skin, resulting in healthier, fresher skin with enhanced elasticity and smoother texture. A fine crystal is blown on to the skin and at the same time vacuums the dead abraded skin that is removed. This treatment feels like a cat's tongue on the skin. A facial is performed after this treatment.
